Who am I?
I am a professional counselor (licensed by the state of Texas since 2014) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I identify as disabled, neurodivergent, and progressive. I do my best to honor the needs of my clients, regardless of their identity. I fervently support the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities and value the importance of religious diversity (including nonbelief).
I believe that there are many correct solutions to any problem. We don't get extra points by doing things in a conventional way. I am here for you, no matter what that looks like.
How can I help?
I offer online counseling to individual adults most weekdays from 10:00AM - 8:00PM.
I have helped my clients with:
Toxic relationship recovery
Who do I serve?
My typical clients are adults who have compassion and empathy for others but find it hard to extend that kindness to themselves. They may be recovering from a toxic relationship with a spouse or a parent. They are trying to stop the endless stream of worries and panicked feelings. Mostly, my clients want to feel safe in their homes, communities, relationships, minds and their own bodies.
I am proud to say that my clients come from a variety of different backgrounds, belief systems, gender expressions, needs, abilities, and lived experiences.
I look forward to hearing from you!
