• I offer 100% online counseling to individual adult clients across the state of Texas. 

• My sessions are typically 45-55 minutes long. Self Pay and Insurance options are available.

• Self-pay Pricing: $75-100 per session. *Ask if you qualify for sliding scale discounts. 

• Insurance pricing depends on your policy details. 

• Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA compliant video conferencing system and are 100% private and confidential.

• You can use a computer, tablet or smartphone for your video calls. (see links below to download Telehealth by SimplePractice).

• Headphones are recommended for privacy and to prevent feedback/echoes.

• Please do your best to find a comfortable spot where you will feel safe and will be free from intrusions or other distractions.

After you schedule, check your email for a confirmation sent from Yourprovider@Simplepractice.com. There will be a link to a quick questionnaire and some general information. Chris will call you at the time you requested to fill in any missing details and set up the next steps.
